Melanie L. Hollmann, shareholder, practices primarily in corporate matters, including corporate transactions, selection, formation and maintenance of entities, as well as estate planning and probate matters. Ms. Hollmann also deals in privacy and information security issues.

Ms. Hollmann advises clients in connection with general corporate transactions such as asset and stock purchases, merger transactions, as well as ongoing contractual and business planning needs. Ms. Hollmann advises clients on privacy issues, specifically financial information security, company privacy policies and procedures, and personal information issues including credit and background check report disputes and identity theft. Ms. Hollmann has experience representing public entities in complying with Open Record Requests and seeking Attorney General Opinions regarding the releasability of information.
