Tatiana T. Dennis, shareholder, focuses her practice primarily on immigration Law and school law as well as employment law.
Tatiana assists individual and corporate clients with a wide range of immigration matters, including non-immigrant temporary worker visas (e.g., H-1B, H-2B, L-1, O-1), TN visas for Canadian and Mexican Professionals Under the USMCA, religious worker visas (R-1), student and exchange visitor visas (F-1, J-1), permanent residency (Family-based and Employment-based), naturalization and citizenship. She also assists businesses with all matters relating to employment-based immigrant petitions and business immigration, including PERM labor certifications and Immigration Employment and Form I-9 compliance.
Tatiana also advises public and private schools on all matters pertaining to school law, employment and student policies, policy development, employee handbooks, hiring international teachers, and Form I-9 compliance. Tatiana is experienced in assisting public entities with responding to Requests for Public Information and seeking Attorney General Opinions regarding withholding confidential information.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Tatiana was a Texas-certified secondary school teacher of French language.
