Jimmy W. Peacock, shareholder, practices primarily in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, corporate, banking,
and probate and estate planning.
Mr. Peacock is involved in all aspects of the real estate industry, representing developers, builders, lenders, realtors,
sellers and buyers. In his practice, Mr. Peacock is frequently involved in the negotiating and writing of contracts of sale,
construction agreements, subdivision restrictions, and title examination. He has continuously served on the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Odessa since 1991 and has represented the Odessa Board of Realtors since 1990.
